My name is Reverend Alvin L. Powell. I am a professional, Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor through the National Christian Counselors Association and NCCA Board Certified in Integrated Marriage & Family Therapy, Advanced Child & Adolescent Therapy, Temperament Counselor and Professional Clinical Member. I am a Christian counselor with a passion for helping people solve relationship and life challenges. I provide a broad spectrum of services including, premarital counseling, couples and family counseling, temperament diagnostic testing, seminars and workshops, as well as wedding officiant services. In Ministry

Dr. Alvin L. Powell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management, Master of Arts degree in Christian Clinical Counseling, PhD in Christian Counseling can and received his counseling training, board certification and licensing for counseling through the National Christian Counselors Association. He has over 15-years of counseling experience with a concentration and focus on marriage, relationships and behavioral issues related to the dynamic of the family system. He has a passion for helping people achieve the kind of emotional and spiritual health that brings about a balance in their lives that affords people the ability to reach their full potential. Additionally, Minister Powell has serves the local church for many years in various leadership capacities. He has been a licensed minister for ten years and 2016, Dr. Powell was ordained Minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ by the Paragon Christian Alliance International to expand his ministry outreach internationally.
